At 1st Class Vacation Rentals we feel that the industry of vacation rental management puts rental owners in a position to choose between paying management fees ranging from 25%-50% or doing it them selves. At 1st Class Vacation Rentals we are a boutique company that charges 20% of the rental revenue. We are able to charge our home owners significantly less than the industry average by being selective with who we manage for and the homes we manage. In doing so we build a relationship with our home owners not solely based on revenue.
