True rest with a great view

From the very start even for prepping Andy was very swift with communication. The house was exactly as portrayed in the images and described in the text.
The house has a great floor plan and the pool area was excellent. We were very fortunate to stay during a week were we had rain several days, which made the overall climate much more bearable and also created streams and green in several state parks out of nowhere.
However, due to the house being so great, we stayed there for most of the time, just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. This means two families with each two children and one dog, totaling 8 people and 2 dogs. We were able to have our privacy, whenever wanted and then come back together, which is due to the great floor plan.
Thanks once again to Andy, our host. We plan on coming back again.

This was by far one of the BEST rental properties we have ever used. The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, well-stocked with all the essentials, wonderful communication from the owner and always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay at the Bourbondale home and will definitely visit again next time we are in Tucson. Thank you Andrew and Shelby for sharing your beautiful home with our family over Christmas! We usually rent 2-3 times a year through VRBO and I can say without hesitation that this was the best property we've stayed in so far. Everything was perfect, from the initial reservation back in May to our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday, we could not have been more pleased. Andrew was a fantastic host, answered every question I had almost immediately and even had the pool heater turned on upon request so my family could swim during our stay. The house itself was one of the nicest, cleanest places I've stayed in, this was the first VRBO property I've stayed in that lacked nothing, everything from kitchen utensils down to soaps, lotions, towels were provided. Casas Adobes is a beautiful home with great views of the mountains, the house was immaculate and very comfortable for me and my family. We will definitely look to rent again for our next cross country adventure. Thank you for your hospitality!

I and my family just wrapped up an amazing vacation in Tucson. Our stay at Andrew and Shelby’s beautiful Airbnb contributed mightily to our enjoyment. Their home was just as advertised, and we were all impressed with the quality, cleanliness and manner in which they operate their business. The pool was a wonderful feature, and all 12 of us had plenty of room to move about comfortably both in and out of the house. Finally, sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the view was a joy. If you’re planning to go to Tucson, look ‘em up!
First VRBO rental, not the last.

I rented this property for my family who came to visit me from all different parts of the country. I myself did not stay here, although I was at the property to visit with them, eat and catch up as the pandemic winds down. The ten who stayed here all loved it. They were comfortable here, enjoyed the views, the pool and the surrounding area. Plenty of good shopping. Also good A/C for the Arizona weather.

We had a fantastic week at the Bourbondale home. It was great to have 5 full bedrooms and 3 full baths and amazing backyard with sparkling clean heated pool and covered patio. Great kitchen to make family meals and 2 smart TVs to watch all our favorite shows.
The internet worked perfectly and the communication with the owner was almost immediate. We will definitely be back!!!

This place is a awesome! It was hard not to spend our whole trip to Tucson in the back yard because it has everything you need... amazing pool with awesome lights, views of the city and mountains, bbq with the propane tank ready to go. You really feel like you’re in the middle of the desert here, but it’s surprisingly close to everything we wanted to do- downtown, desert museum, even Sabino canyon on the other side of the city was only a 25 minute drive. The kitchen has everything we needed and we cooked a lot, beds are super comfy, TV set up is great, upstairs and downstairs. Talked to the host Andy on the phone and he seemed super nice! Very responsive. Highly recommend this house overall, would absolutely stay again

This home is very spacious and has amazing views and amenities! Wonderful for large group or several families. The pool is large and refreshing and floats and pool toys are provided. Plenty of seating also! We had dinners on the patio although there are two dining tables inside. The kitchen has more than what you will need. Well stocked with pots and pans and even condiments! The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The master is amazing and the master bath was awesome! There was an abundance of towels and Heath towels also. Laundry soap, hand soap and shampoo and conditioner were plentiful and much appreciated! We walked in the mornings and the area was safe and near many stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and the hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you Andy and Shelby for our wonderful experience!
