The pool at Bourbondale is heated between the dates of September 16th - May 14th every year. Pool heating is included in the cost you see listed.

No, we do not allow any events or parties of any size without prior communication and approval from the owners. The City of Tucson has a noise ordinance that is in effect each night from 10 PM - 7 AM that all guests must abide by.

Do you allow smoking?
- NO. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at either property nor is any illicit drug use in accordance with the law. If there is evidence of any smoking inside either home, the guest will be charged a $250 fine, including but not limited to tobacco smoke, e- cigarette, vape pen, or marijuana smoke.

Do you allow pets?
- We allow a MAXIMUM of 2 dogs per stay who must be house broken and well behaved. We charge an additional $15 per night per dog. Guests are to ensure their dog(s) use the restroom outside the house and that all pet excrement is picked up and disposed of in the outside dumpster. If any pet urine or feces is found after your stay, whether inside the house or outside, there will be an additional $200 fine. For any nondisclosed pets found on either property, the guest will be charged the the pet fee with an additional $100 fine for not disclosing the pet prior to arrival. Guests are also responsible for any damage their pets cause and any costs they may incur.

Do you offer discounts?
- We are happy to offer weekly discounts of 10% off if you stay 7 nights or longer and monthly discounts of 20% off for stays 30 nights or longer.

What size of beds are in the bedrooms?
- All the beds at both properties are queen sized beds.
- We do provide pack-n-play style cribs for infants or toddlers.

Are there utensils for use in the kitchen?
- Yes! The kitchens at both properties are fully equipped with utensils as well as a microwaves, drip style coffee makers, egg beater, mixing bowls, baking utensils, pots, pans, and all dish/drinkware and silverware.

Is there an outside BBQ grill?
- Yes, each property has a gas grill outside on the back patio. We ask that you please shut off the propane tank after every use.

When is garbage day?
- At Bourbondale, garbage pick up is on Tuesday morning - please bring both outside dumpsters to the curb on Monday night and once the garbage is picked up, we ask you to please return them back to the side of the house.
- At Casita Blanca, garbage pick up is on Friday morning - please bring both outside dumpsters to the curb on Thursday night and once the garbage is picked up, we ask you to please return them back to the side of the house.
